Top 5 Female fashion icons we have in Nigeria

Fashion for me has always been a mixture of elegance, comfort and what I would love to call the extra "Pessaz". I love just looking at pictures of women who know how to effortlessly carry out all three of these without breaking a sweat and today I decided to celebrate the Top 5 Female fashion icons we have in Nigeria.

Rita Dominic!
Gosh!! I would love to call her a veteran in the this category, as Rita has been on list for a while and surely has carved a niche for herself in the fashion world. This Zaron ambassadors ability to pull off not too traditional looks and make them a fashion statement are undoubtedly amazing, she literally wore a turban to an award show and made turbans come into style!. Her makeup and hair always go with the total ensemble with a smile to light it all up making her one to look out for on the red carpet.Talk about fashion meeting excellence!

Toke Makinwa!
This baby girl for life is an obvious pick for this list.
She just knows how to pull off funky and elegant in the right balance without each out weighting the other. To top it all she always has makeup on point to go with everything she wears and turns out looking like a million bucks in her entire ensemble (reminds me of my friend Ada). For me she is the adequate style model for the Petite woman and she knows how to make those legs look long for dayssssss. You go girl!

Lilian Afegbai!
Relatively a newbie on this list, but none the less a force to be reckoned with, Lilian has curves and a toned body that makes all her clothes look amazing. Over time her ability to look beautiful and classy in her clothes has made her a newbie to lookout for in the fashion industry. One thing I love her for is her boldness with colours and body structures on her clothes, her designer really knows how to work her positives for the Savage. I really look toward to her continuous climb up this fashion icon ladder.

Tiwa Savage!
Now this is one yummy mummy! Mama JamJam!! Her hair, makeup and clothes always portray the balance of funky, sexy and trendy as expected of her in the music industry. I love the fact that she doesn't limit herself, and isn't afraid to show flesh when its necessary, after all, its hip hop and showbusiness right? Her makeup and hair for me are always the right amount of flattering, showing off her beautiful eyes and cheekbones and accentuating her face to match her clothes. Her clothes flatter her figure as well and since she has got it, let her flaunt it! Amazing combo!

Mercy Aigbe!
This is one stylish woman, whether she is casually stepping out or she's on the red carpet, little wonder she owns her own boutique. Her boldness with pieces and colours necklines and structure of dresses always show the beautiful and classy side of her that I just love to look at. Her hair and makeup always matches the occasion and that for me is a big plus!. She is always one to look out for on the red carpet as a definite trend setter and style definer.

There you go guys... the top 5 fashion Icons in Naija!
